The shipping carrier will make three delivery attempts, so don't worry if you miss them the first or second time. In addition, you can always arrange to pick up your shipment from one of the carrier's local offices or participating stores. If you have a FedEx tracking number, this hold at location request can be made right through your tracking.
You can also call your shipment carrier with your tracking number handy. For FedEx you can call 800-463-3339, and for UPS you can call 800-742-5877.
If you want your shipment to go to a different address or you see that your shipment is being returned to sender, please contact us ASAP by chatting with us during business hours or emailing [email protected] and reference your order number.
