We like to guarantee happiness. So if you're not happy, we want to know! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a wine you received, just let us know and we will issue you an in-store credit. You can use that credit towards any regular order. 

If any part of your order arrived damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged product(s) or box.
